If you would like to lodge a formal complaint about any aspect of our work, you may do so by contacting the CEO (or the Chair of the Board, if your complaint is in relation to the CEO). As a signatory to the ACFID Code of Conduct, you may also lodge a complaint to ACFID if you believe International Needs’ compliance with the Code is below standard. The ACFID complaints procedures are accessible here.
